Aim for one
Aim for One was founded by Jordana Reisma as a platform to represent her journey, brand, and pursuit of excellence in collegiate and professional basketball.
As a student-athlete at the University of Missouri–Columbia, Jordana has built her career on discipline, resilience, and performance. Competing at a high level has shaped her leadership, work ethic, and commitment to continuous growth both on and off the court.
Basketball has been more than a sport for Jordana, it has been a foundation for personal development. Through training, competition, and teamwork, she has learned to thrive under pressure, adapt to challenges, and consistently raise her standards. These qualities define the Aim for One mindset: focus on the next goal, the next improvement, and the next opportunity.
Aim for One serves as the professional extension of Jordana’s athletic career. The platform supports NIL partnerships, brand collaborations, and the pursuit of professional representation, including opportunities to compete at the next level domestically and internationally.
Beyond performance, Jordana is passionate about inspiring young girls to pursue their goals in both academics and athletics. She believes success is not about choosing one path; it is about committing fully to every opportunity and aiming higher each day.
